Return Policy FatFigure 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Although we consider all sales final, we want our customer to be 100% satisfied with their FatFigures. Please note that FatFigures are not meant to be exact portraits or duplications of you. They are sculpted with a caricature style. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, just ship the product back to us and we will refund your money less a $10 shipping charge. Expedited and express delivery charges will not be refunded. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. FatFigure will replace any product damaged during shipping provided that notification via email is sent to service@FatFigure.com within 3 days of receipt of product. You will need to ship back damaged product to FatFigure and we will begin work on your replacement.
